Established in 1988 by Betty Williams and Steve Lucey, local soccer enthusiasts, Arsenal FC, a Nike Premier Club, has had unparalleled success in developing multi-skilled, multi-faceted youth soccer players and consistently successful teams.

With its US Soccer Federation licensed coaching staff, led by our Technical Director of Coaching, P.J. Brown, former collegiate and Major League Soccer player, Arsenal FC offers each player the most advanced youth soccer development program currently available, not just in California, but in the United States.  Our club has high-level teams for both boys and girls in age groups U-8 to U-19.  Arsenal’s Girls Program is currently ranked #8 in the Nation by Soccer America and the Boys Program is 15th.

Arsenal FC is comprised of 80+ competitive club teams competing in both the Southern California Developmental Soccer League (SCDSL)and Presidio Soccer League.  Arsenal is a founding club for the SCDSL. 

All players will have the opportunity to participate and compete in the Nike Manchester United Premier Cup, Super Y League, US Soccer Nike Friendlies, the Elite Clubs National League, and the US Soccer Development Academy.

The 240 acre Galway Downs Sports Complex (Temecula, CA) is home to Arsenal FC.  The complex consists of 24 full size fields and accomodates the needs of Arsenal FC and its tournaments.
