Check in Times and Locations
We will have check in at the fields for this event. Check in will take place 1/2 hour before your first game at the site you are playing.
MANAGERS
Remember to bring Player Cards, Medical Release Forms, Birth Certificates(in case there is any questions)Travel Papers if you are traveling from out of State.
We also need all teams to fill out the below form and print it on a heavy card stock paper and bring to check in.
You will pick this game card up at headquarters an hour before all your games to bring to the Referee’s.

You will also need to print the roster off of our website and turn in at check in for us to keep.
You will be required to turn that in at check in and than you will need to pick it up an hour before every game to turn into the Ref and we will pick it up after the game.
