MANAGERS
Remember to bring Player Cards, Medical Release Forms, Birth Certificates(in case there is any questions)Travel Papers if you are traveling from out of State.

We also need all teams to fill out the below form and print it on a heavy card stock paper and bring to check in. 

You will pick this game card up at headquarters an hour before all your games to bring to the Referee’s.

Managers To Do List

• Fill out the application, pay online or check the box for Check and mail that in with in 10 days
• If traveling from out of state check out our approved Hotel list
• If traveling from out of state get your Travel papers, find sanctioned approved paperwork on Forms
• Check back every week for new information and check in times and dates
• Make sure you fill out the team page in the player profile and have your players put in their information as this is what we use for the college handbook
