Check In

Check in will be Saturday before your first game.

MANAGERS
Remember to bring Player Cards, Medical Release Forms, Birth Certificates(in case there is any questions)Travel Papers if you are traveling from out of State.

We also need all teams to fill out the below form and print it on a heavy card stock paper and bring to check in. 

You will keep this Match Report with you to give to the Ref before every game and collect after game.
