All applicants please note:
We will be playing under the 2010/11 season. Apply according to your 2010/11 age group - not the new 2011/12 season.
ALL B/G U10 2010/11 Teams will play 11 vs 11.
No refunds will be made after immediate receipt of applications and acceptance into the tournament
Team Check-in Information:
Check in will be done an hour before your first game.
You must bring the following documents to Team Check-In
- Official Roster turned in at check in and a Match Report - FILLED OUT (See link in Important Managers Info) Please print on cardstock (heavy paper)in Landscape Mode used for your games.
- Laminated Player Cards – 20010/2011 season - for every player, coach & team manager.
- Current Player Registration Form (Medical Releases) & provide a copy of Birth Certificate in case of a problem
- Hotel Information if staying the night
- Emergency Contact cell phone #’s for both your coach & manager
